I use FLAT RATE PRICING. Flat rate pricing is as follows. The FLAT RATE PRICING is one price per type of repair. Say for example: if I were to come out to look at your washer, and if the washer wasn’t draining I would first check for a clogged drain hose or a clogged button trap. If there are no clogs, and the drain pump is making a humming noise then, the drain pump has failed. I would give you an estimate to replace the drain pump. The estimate will be one price. The Flat Rate Price will include the price of the new pump and the labor to install it. THAT IS IT, NO ADDITIONAL COST TO YOU THE CUSTOMER.
I use nothing but FACTORY AUTHORIZED PARTS for all repairs.
A 90-day WARRANTY on installed parts. And 6 MONTHS on LABOR.
I SCHEDULE all calls in 2-HOUR BLOCKS. That way you aren’t waiting around all day for someone to show up and then tell you they must RESCHEDLE FOR ANOTHER DAY. Also, I will either call or text you when I’m approximately 30 minutes away.
